This lesson will give you the tools to master the most important environment you will ever face. It is here that progress is made or regression happens. Of course our external environments have tremendous impact on our lives but that can be lessened when we learn to be steady and mindful regardless of the external storms and turmoil we encounter. You will learn and understand that you have an internal environment and that through learning to monitor your thoughts, emotions and feelings, you can control it. In this lesson you will monitor your internal environment in ways you never have and become closer to achieving mastery of the self. The breath and the mind are inseparable and you will learn to not let the wrong one take charge.
